Data Processing Agreement for our customers.
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Master Services Agreement or Terms of Service between Kumaa and the Customer.
1. Definitions
"Controller", "Processor", "Data Subject", "Personal Data", and "Processing" shall have the meanings given to them in the GDPR or applicable data protection laws.
2. Scope and Responsibility
Kumaa processes Personal Data on behalf of the Customer in accordance with the Customer's instructions. The Customer is the Controller and Kumaa is the Processor.
3. Security Measures
Kumaa implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
4. Data Subject Rights
Kumaa shall assist the Customer, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Customer's obligation to respond to requests for exercising the Data Subject's rights.
